The YLD Guarantee & Return Policy

At YLD, we are committed to engineering the highest quality recovery broth on the market. Because our products are consumable food and beverage items, we cannot legally or safely accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our fulfillment center. All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns if you simply do not care for the flavor, as taste is subjective.

Damaged or Defective Items We understand that shipping heavy liquids can sometimes result in transit damage. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, we’ve got your back.

Please email our support team at contact@getyld.com within 7 days of delivery. To expedite your replacement or refund, you must include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged product and the shipping box it arrived in

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. YLD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as successfully delivered.

Subscription Cancellations If you are on a recurring YLD subscription, you can modify, pause, or cancel your shipments at any time through your customer portal. Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle triggers. Once an order has been processed and sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
