The YLD Shipping Policy 

Processing Times All YLD orders are processed and fulfilled by our warehouse partners within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification email with tracking information the moment your order ships.

Contiguous United States (Lower 48) We offer simple, transparent shipping rates for the 48 contiguous states:

• Standard Orders (1 Case): $10.00 Flat Rate

• Bulk Orders (2+ Cases): FREE Shipping

We utilize a mix of trusted carriers (including UPS and USPS) to ensure your heavy cases arrive as efficiently as possible. Standard transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days depending on your zone.

Non-Contiguous US & Military Addresses Due to the significant weight of our product (approx. 10 lbs per case), shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses is excluded from our flat-rate and free shipping promotions.

Shipping for these regions is calculated in real-time by the carrier at checkout. This ensures you receive the most accurate rate for the safest delivery of your recovery fuel. Please note: While rates are calculated via USPS/UPS at checkout, we reserve the right to utilize the most efficient carrier and service level to ensure your order arrives safely.

International Shipping At this time, YLD only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@getyld.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
